This Jounin is basically a Genin with a unique weapon. Sasuke could've just avoided the weapon with his speed but decided he wanted to have 0 braincells for that fight. (they both fought Gaara already so there really isn't an excuse for either of them to lose to him.)

Well episodes 100-106 (Including 106th) are filler episodes... and they usually have their own power scaling

Thank god, my question have answered, I'm really thinking if it's filler because of the storyline and characters but the two last episode let me believe it's cannon and the flashbacks seems real

its a bit of both. We've seen the clones argue with the caster in the episodes just after they became genin (when they were assigned in teams of 3 + 1 jounin), but we've also seen them know exactly what their goal is without beening told anything. An arguement can be made that they can use telepathy with only the caster, but that sounds too out of character for the author. I guess we'll see.
